What Shipping Methods Are Available?
You can define shipping methods for any form of transport or for any specific carrier that you use to ship your orders. Examples of shipping methods include Truck, Air, and Rail Freight as well as conventional carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states. Package Services is not a guaranteed service; delivery by a certain date or time is not available.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorized by the owner of the card. When we're not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorized.

How do I place an Order?
Make a purchase is really easy. First, you have to create your account or log you. Click on the wanted item and "Add to basket" then "Order". Then choose your delivery method, a delivery and billing address, and then proceed to checkout.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel single item orders before dispatch by going in 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order has been dispatched already, you can contact us and we can sort this out for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.
How Do I Track My Order?
Open the email account you used to place your order. Search for a shipping confirmation email from the Google Store. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number.
How Can I Return a Product?
Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page.
